For as long as I can remember, art has been an integral part of my life.

My artistic journey unfolded organically. My father, Javier Cabada, is a professional abstract artist, and my mother was a gifted gallerist and art dealer. Growing up immersed in our family-owned art business gave me a rare and invaluable perspective—shaped equally by the worlds of the artist and the gallery. These early experiences deeply influenced how I see, value, and engage with art today.

Driven by a lifelong passion for the arts and a desire to build a meaningful legacy, I founded Cabada Contemporary. The gallery was created to reignite my father’s career while also nurturing my own figurative painting practice within a vibrant, modern context. It has become a platform where I am honored to discover, curate, and showcase both established and emerging artists whose work resonates on national and international levels.
